Meet the Founder
Dr. James Elias
Dr. James Elias is a native of the Independence area. He graduated with honors from the University of Missouri, School of Dentistry in 1979. He became accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry in 1989 and was accepted for membership to the American Society of Dental Aesthetics (based in New York) in 1989.
He has taught cosmetic dentistry throughout the United States and Canada. Dr. Elias and his wife Sharon have 4 children and 3 grandsons.

Our team is committed to charitable care. This includes medical missions to provide dental care to people throughout the world, including Zambia and Jamaica.
Missouri Mission of Mercy
The Dental Arts team leads Missouri Mission of Mercy, a charitable dental clinic that provides services to the underprivileged.
Free Dental Clinics
Our dentists have held numerous free dental clinics, providing care to both children and adults who do not otherwise have access.
Industry Leaders
We deliver lectures locally and abroad on cosmetic and restorative dentistry, accurate treatment planning, and more.
Give Kids a Smile
Each year for the past 20 years, our dentists have provided a day of free services for children through Give Kids a Smile.
